If you are dissatisfied with the services, we are here to help you under the following terms: REFUND POLICY FOR PARTNERS/EMPLOYERS Refunds will be provided if the terms are not addressed on the services that are subscribed by the user as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the plan. Refund will only provide if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and consistent as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. Buyers have to show a valid receipt of the purchase. Refunds will include 70% of the service charge. Convenience fees are non-refundable. REFUND POLICY FOR PROFESSIONAL RESUME ASSISTANCE A refund will be initiated only if a user has not received any file from our end. No refund will be entertained in case a client decides to not continue with the project once placing the order. Once a product is delivered and the work regarding the same has been initiated no refund will be entertained. Refund will only provide if the reason provided for the refund is genuine and as per our mentioned terms. It is compulsory to read all the details before any purchase. Buyers have to show a valid receipt of the purchase. Refunds will include only 40% of the service charge. The service charge is non-refundable if we assist you with proper feedback. Convenience fees are non-refundable REFUND POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED JOB ASSISTANCE We do not provide any compensation for personalised job assistance for most demanded jobs. Hence, these plans are non-cancellable or refundable in any case.

REFUND PROCESS

We only accept refund requests within 24hrs or 1 day of making a purchase. According to the terms, if you apply for a refund on the 2nd day or post 24hrs (whichever is earlier of the purchase made), you will not be eligible for a refund. After investigation, we will notify you once your refund is initiated. Hence, it will be credited to your debit/credit card by the original mode of payment. It will take 10-15 working days to reflect in your account as per your bank policies. We do not take into account any payment made by a third party. Hence, any payment made is non-refundable.
