The company does not guarantee your placement or selection against any vacancy as selection is wholly dependent on the skills of the job seekers and the company has the sole right to select or reject any candidate.
If a candidate is selected for a job through company , he or she will solely be the employee or the organization in concern and company will not be responsible for any legal issues , dispute or other matter that takes place between the organization and the candidate .
You agree to share your contact details and resume to the company who will suggest and recommend you to the various organizations.
by agreeing to the terms and conditions , you provide authority to the company to intimate you about the available jobs via SMS or E-MAIL for any available offer, matching your interest , from time to time during the period of registration.
Candidate is to attend the interviews at their own expenses. If organization will provide the expenses in that case we will not responsible for that.
If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations , he or she has to inform and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records .
In case of selection of the candidates , the candidate will pay 15 days of first month salary as our service charges.
The candidate will be liable to release our service charges after selection and before date of joining by Cheque , draft or online money transfer .
The services charges are applicable to all the candidates who accepts the offer letter or the confirmation given to the company about the joining but joins or do not join the organization on the provided joining date.
The company is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract .
The company will taken in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
Late fine will be charged after 7 days without any prior confirmation from our side .
In case the candidate do not deposit the aforesaid half month's salary to the company within 7 days before the joining then:
Service charges should be paid in full within 7 days before joining. The offer letter remains the property of the company until receiving the full payment .In such case, the candidate shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in future is the candidate does not attend the interviews arranged by the company and that his or her candidature will be cancelled.
